Making Purchases definition

Making Purchases. The Seller shall, by 10:00 a.m., London time, on the Determination Date immediately prior to each proposed Purchase Date, deliver to the Buyer a Notice of Sale by facsimile (and shall send the original Notice of Sale to the Operating Agent by ordinary post on the day it is delivered by facsimile) substantially in the form of Schedule 6 ("Notice of Sale") identifying (inter alia) the Purchase Date, the then Outstanding Balance of Receivables (if any) and the Purchase Price for such Receivables computed by the Operating Agent. The computation of the Purchase Price by the Operating Agent shall, in the absence of manifest error, be deemed to be conclusive.

Related to Making Purchases

  • Net Purchases means purchases of goods and services charged to the Account, less refunds and adjustments;

  • Purchases On the settlement date for the purchase (or earlier, if market practice requires delivery of the purchase price before the settlement date), Bank will debit the Cash Account for the settlement amount and credit a separate account at the Bank. Bank then will post the Securities Account as awaiting receipt of the expected Financial Assets. Customer will not be entitled to the Financial Assets that are awaiting receipt until Bank or a Subcustodian actually receives them. Bank reserves the right to restrict in good faith the availability of contractual settlement date accounting for credit or operational reasons.

  • Purchasing CLO shall have the meaning set forth in Section 16.3(d) hereof.

  • Purchase means taking by sale, lease, discount, negotiation, mortgage, pledge, lien, security interest, issue or reissue, gift, or any other voluntary transaction creating an interest in property.
