Net Purchases definition

Net Purchases means purchases of goods and services charged to the Account, less refunds and adjustments;
Net Purchases means purchases minus any credits, returns and other adjustments. • “purchases (or purchase)” means all goods or services charged to your card account except for items submitted to us or recognized by our systems as being purchases of or charges for travellers’ cheques or foreign currencies, balance transfers, Amex cheques, funds advances, interest, annual fees and/or other fees or charges.

Net Purchases means the total dollar amount of Qualifying Purchases made with your Account, less any returns, credit, or adjustments that are not payments.
