Malicious Damage definition

Malicious Damage means intentional Damage done to Your Vehicle by someone else without Your consent.
Malicious Damage means all physical loss or physical damage resulting directly from a malicious act by anyone during a disturbance of the public peace where such malicious act is perpetrated for political reasons by known or unknown person(s).
Malicious Damage means deliberate damage, not being Accidental Damage, caused to the Covered Device by any person or party.

Malicious Damage means any accidental damage of the Product deliberately caused by any third Party which You were unable to prevent.
