The Manager may, in its sole discretion, reduce the Management Fee Percentage with respect to any Member, pursuant to a signed written contractual arrangement with such Member (which may be in such Member’s Subscription Agreement).
Notwithstanding the foregoing, a Member’s Management Fee Percentage may be a lesser percentage as determined by reference to a signed written contractual arrangement between such Member and the Manager as permitted by this paragraph.
