Management Manual. With respect to the Originator, the Borrower and the initial Servicer, those credit, collection, customer relation and service policies existing as of the Fourth Restatement Effective Date relating to the Loans and related Loan Documents, consisting of the Subservicer’s investment management manual, as updated May 18, 2007, and the Subservicer’s post-closing portfolio management manual, as updated May 18, 2007, each as on file with the Facility Agent and the Documentation Agent and as each of the same may be amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time in accordance with Sections 5.1(q) and 7.9(f); and (ii) with respect to any Successor Servicer, the collection procedures and policies of such person (as approved by the Facility Agent) at the time such Person becomes Successor Servicer.

Related to Management Manual

  • Financial Management Manual means the manual dated June 2009, adopted by the Project Implementing Entity for the purpose of implementing and monitoring the financial management aspects of the Project.
