Management Shareholders Agreement definition

Management Shareholders Agreement means that certain Management Shareholders Agreement dated as of March 28, 2005, as may have been amended from time to time, by and among Xxxxxx Xxxxxxxx, Xxxxxx Xxxxxxxx Limited, Xxxxxx Xxxxxxxx Holdings Company II, Limited, Xxxxxx Xxxxxxxx Holdings Company III, Limited, Executive and the other parties thereto. Management Shareholders Agreement means that certain Management Shareholders Agreement dated as of the date hereof by and among Xxxxxx Xxxxxxxx, Xxxxxx XX, Xxxxxx Xxxxxxxx Holdings Company III, Limited, Executive and the other parties thereto.

Management Shareholders Agreement means that certain Management Shareholders Agreement by and among the Company, the Investors and the other shareholders named therein dated as of February 4, 2008, as amended from time to time.
