Management Shareholders Agreement means that certain Management Shareholders Agreement dated as of the date hereof by and among Xxxxxx Xxxxxxxx, Xxxxxx XX, Xxxxxx Xxxxxxxx Holdings Company III, Limited, Executive and the other parties thereto.
