Management Termination Fee definition

Management Termination Fee shall have the meaning specified in Section 6.07(b)(xiv).
Management Termination Fee means the fee payable to the Investment Manager on the occurrence of a Management Termination Event which is equal to 0.5 per cent. multiplied by the Aggregate Collateral Balance (together with any payment of value-added tax payable in respect thereof whether payable to the Investment Manager or directly to the relevant taxing authority) as at the Management Termination Date.

  • Accretion Termination Date As defined in the Series Supplement.
