Managing Physician means that physician designated by Practice Manager to direct the delivery of clinical services to patients by Practice Manager.

  • Annually, and at least thirty (30) days prior to the commencement of each fiscal year of Medical Practice, Practice Manager, in consultation with the Managing Physician, shall prepare a Budget setting forth an estimate of Medical Practice’s revenues and expenses (including, without limitation, all costs associated with the services provided by Practice Manager under this Agreement).

  • AmeriPath, together with the Managing Physician, shall evaluate, negotiate, and administer managed care contracts and other third party payor contracts on behalf of the Practice and its Practice Providers.
