Mandatory Class I federal area definition

Mandatory Class I federal area means any area defined in Section 162(a) of the federal Clean Air Act (42 U.S.C., 7472(a)). The following areas are the mandatory Class I federal areas in Washington state:

Mandatory Class I federal area means any area defined in Section 162(a) of the FCAA. The mandatory Class I federal areas in Washington state are as follows:
Mandatory Class I federal area means any area identified by the Administrator of the EPA, including the Great Smoky mountains National Park, the Joyce Kilmer- Slickrock National Wilderness Area, the Linville Gorge Wilderness Area, Cohutta Wilderness Area, Shining Rock Wilderness Area, Sipsey Wilderness Area, the Mingo National Wilderness Area, and the Mammouth Cave National Park including any vista associated with these areas.
