Examples of Mandatory Conversion Notice Date in a sentence
All Conversion Amounts converted by the Holder after the Mandatory Conversion Notice Date shall reduce the Conversion Amount of this Note required to be converted on the Mandatory Conversion Date.
The Mandatory Conversion Date for any Mandatory Conversion will be a Business Day of the Company’s choosing that is no more than twenty (20), nor less than ten (10), Business Days after the Mandatory Conversion Notice Date for such Mandatory Conversion.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, any Conversion Amount subject to a Mandatory Conversion may be converted by the Holder hereunder prior to the applicable Mandatory Conversion Date and such aggregate Conversion Amount converted hereunder on or after the Mandatory Conversion Notice Date and prior to such Mandatory Conversion Date shall reduce the Mandatory Conversion Amount to be converted on such Mandatory Conversion Date.
It is agreed that the “Conversion Date” for purposes of Section 4 in connection with a Mandatory Conversion Notice shall be deemed to occur on the third (3rd) Trading Day following the Mandatory Conversion Notice Date (such third Trading Day, the “Mandatory Conversion Date”).
All Conversion Amounts converted by the Holder after the Mandatory Conversion Notice Date shall reduce the Mandatory Conversion Amount of this Note required to be converted on the Mandatory Conversion Date, unless the Holder otherwise indicates in the applicable Conversion Notice.
