Mandatory Conversion Notice Date definition

Mandatory Conversion Notice Date means, with respect to a Mandatory Conversion, the date on which the Company sends the Mandatory Conversion Notice for such Mandatory Conversion pursuant to Section 10(c)(iv).
Mandatory Conversion Notice Date shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6(b).
Mandatory Conversion Notice Date shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 2.2(b).
