A Redemption Date must be a Business Day of the Company’s choosing that is no more than sixty (60), nor less than thirty (30), Scheduled Trading Days after the Redemption Notice Date.
If the Holder exercises its right herein to require a Mandatory Redemption pursuant to this Section 6(b) by delivering written notice to the Company within five (5) Trading Days of the Other Mandatory Redemption Event Redemption Notice Date, the Company shall effect such Mandatory Redemption and pay the Mandatory Redemption Amount to the Holder on or prior to the fifth (5th) Trading Day following the occurrence of the Other Mandatory Redemption Event.
