Mandatory Prepayment Date Assumption. The assumption set forth in Exhibit B (Servicing Proposal) to the PCFII Servicing Rights Purchase Agreement to the effect that, except as disclosed to the Master Servicer, no Mortgage Loan under such agreement has terms under which it may be paid off, in whole or in part, on a date other than a due date or maturity date (including during open periods) without payment of a full month of interest.
