Mandatory Special Redemption definition

Mandatory Special Redemption means, as of any date of calculation, any redemption of Bonds which the Commission is obligated to undertake at such time pursuant to the terms of a Series Indenture or Remarketing Indenture, which may be based on the satisfaction of conditions specified in such Series Indenture or Remarketing Indenture, but excluding Mandatory Sinking Account Payments.
Mandatory Special Redemption means the portion, if any, of the Pre-Funded Amount remaining on deposit in the Pre-Funding Account after giving effect to the acquisition by the Transferor and the conveyance to the Trust of all Subsequent Receivables during the Funding Period, including any such acquisition and conveyance on the date on which the Funding Period ends.
Mandatory Special Redemption means the prepayment, in part, made to the Class A-1 Noteholders and Class A-2 Noteholders without premium made on the Distribution Date on or immediately following the last day of the Funding Period in the event that any amount remains on deposit in the Pre-Funding Account after giving effect to the purchase of all Subsequent Contracts, including any such purchase on such date.

  • The aggregate principal amount of Class A-1 Notes and Class A-2 Notes to be prepaid will be an amount equal to the amount then on deposit in the Pre-Funding Account allocated pro rata; PROVIDED, HOWEVER, in the event the Mandatory Special Redemption Amount is less than $150,000 such amount shall be allocated solely to the Class A-1 Noteholders, pro rata.
