Manufactured home means a structure, transportable in one or more sections, which is built on a permanent chassis and is designed for use with or without a permanent foundation when attached to the required utilities. The term "manufactured home" does not include a "recreational vehicle".
Manufactured home park means any tract of land upon which three or more manufactured or mobile homes used for habitation are parked, either free of charge or for revenue purposes, and includes any roadway, building, structure, vehicle, or enclosure used or intended for use as a part of the facilities of the park. "Manufactured home park" does not include any of the following:
Manufactured housing means a structural unit or units designed for occupancy and constructed in a manufacturing facility and transported, by the use of its own chassis or an independent chassis, to a building site. The term includes any type of building that is constructed at a manufacturing facility and transported to a building site where it is used for housing and may be purchased or sold by a dealer in the interim. For purposes of this section, 2 types of manufactured housing are included. Those 2 types are:
Manufactured home dealer means any person, firm or
Motor vehicle manufacturer means a person that:
Manufactured/mobile home means either a manufactured home or a mobile home;
Existing Manufactured Home Park or Manufactured Home Subdivision means a manufactured home park or subdivision for which the construction of facilities for servicing the lots on which the manufactured homes are to be affixed (including, at a minimum, the installation of utilities, the construction of streets, and either final site grading or the pouring of concrete pads) was completed before the initial effective date of the floodplain management regulations adopted by the community.

Manufactured home community means the same as land-leased community defined in sections 335.30A and 414.28A.

Manufacturer means the person or body who is responsible to the approval authority for all aspects of the type approval process and for ensuring conformity of production. It is not essential that the person or body is directly involved in all stage of the construction of the vehicle, system, component or separate technical unit which is the subject of the approval process.
Satellite Manufacturer means, with respect to any Satellite, the prime contractor and manufacturer of such Satellite.
Locally manufactured goods means goods whose value, either in whole or in part, is derived from growing, producing, processing, assembling, or manufacturing activities that occur within a city-based manufacturer's facility located within the city.
Product Manufacturer means the entity that assembles the component parts to manufacture the final Product;

Original manufacturer means the original component manufacturer, the original equipment manufacturer, or the contract manufacturer.
Manufactured dwelling means a residential trailer, a mobile home or a manufactured
Contract Manufacturer means a company that produces goods under contract for another company under the label or brand name of that company.
Original equipment manufacturer means a company that manufactures products that it has designed from purchased components and sells those products under the company's brand name.
Manufactured end product means any end product in product and service codes (PSCs) 1000-9999, except—
Manufactured or “Manufacturing” means all activities related to the manufacture of a Compound, including planning, purchasing, manufacture, processing, compounding, storage, filling, packaging, waste disposal, labeling, leafleting, testing, quality assurance, sample retention, stability testing, release, dispatch and supply, as applicable.
Manufactured products means items and construction materials composed in whole or in part of non-ferrous metals such as aluminum; plastics and polymer-based products such as polyvinyl chloride pipe; aggregates such as concrete; glass, including optical fiber; and lumber.
Third Party Manufacturer means any person, firm or company which carries out the reproduction of Work and/or manufactures and/or prints the Licensed Publication on behalf of the Licensee;
