PWGSC reserves the right to proceed with an Invitation to Offer to Lease by inviting only parties deemed to most effectively meet specific operational, security and public safety requirements.
Upon the expiration of the Lease Term and provided that Tenant has exercised each Extended Term and no Event of Default then exists beyond any applicable notice and cure period, Tenant shall have a right of first offer ("Tenant's Right of First Offer to Lease") to lease the Property upon the same terms and conditions as Landlord, at its election, intends to offer to lease the Property to a third party.

Exterior Signage Signage on the exterior of the building or signage at the entrance to the building will only be permitted for major Tenants where there is special authority included in the Lease or the Offer to Lease.
