Offer to Lease definition

Offer to Lease means the Offer to Lease executed between the Landlord and the Tenant.

Offer to Lease means that certain Offer to Lease with respect to Premises known municipally as 000 Xxxx Xxxx, Xxxxxxx, made between the Landlord and the Tenant and executed by the Parties on September 3rd, 1998, which is attached hereto as Schedule "F".
