Manufactured Home Rental Community definition

Manufactured Home Rental Community means a plot or tract of land that is separated into two or more spaces or lots that are rented, leased, or offered for rent or lease, for a term of less than 60 months without a purchase option, for the installation of manufactured homes for use and occupancy as residences.

  • Manufactured home community means the same as land-leased community defined in sections 335.30A and 414.28A.

The term includes any type of building that is constructed at a manufacturing facility and transported to a building site where it is used for housing and may be purchased or sold by a dealer in the interim. For purposes of this section, 2 types of manufactured housing are included. Those 2 types are:

  • Manufactured/mobile home means either a manufactured home or a mobile home;

  • Manufactured-home transaction means a secured transaction:

  • Agricultural equipment includes but is not limited to equipment associated with livestock or crop production, horticulture, or floriculture. “Agricultural equipment” includes but is not limited to tractors; trailers; combines; tillage, planting, and cultivating implements; balers; irrigation implements; and all-terrain vehicles.

  • Manufactured home dealer means any person, firm or

  • Manufactured dwelling park means a place where four or more manufactured dwellings
