Maps API definition

Maps API means the Documented API that enables You to add mapping functionality to Applications.
Maps API means any of the Program Materials we make available to enable the use of mapping-related features within your Content. Portions of the Maps API are provided by HERE North America, LLC or its affiliates (“HERE”) and your use of the Maps API is subject to the HERE Materials Terms and Conditions, which are available at hxxx://xxxxxxxxx.xxxx.xxx/xxxxx-conditions-base (the “HERE Terms”). If you access or use the Maps API (including through Amazon Maps redirection), you agree to and must comply with the HERE Terms (in addition to the terms of the Agreement), and HERE and its affiliates are third party beneficiaries of this Agreement solely for the purpose of enforcing the HERE Terms against you. Our provision of the Maps API to you constitutes a “Separate Offering” as defined in the HERE Terms. Solely with respect to HERE’s enforcement of the HERE Terms in connection with the Maps API, the HERE Terms shall govern in the event of a conflict between the HERE Terms and this Agreement. Maps API means the Documented API that enables You to add mapping functionality to Applications. “Program Requirements” mean the technical, human interface, design, product category, security, performance, and other criteria and requirements specified by Apple, including but not limited to the current set of requirements set forth in Section 3.3, as they may be modified from time to time by Apple in accordance with this Agreement.

  • Customer will use Google Maps API for Android and Google Maps SDK for iOS as Customer’s default mapping service in the Uber Consumer App for no less than [***] in every country where Google offers those Services, except that this default requirement will not apply in any [***], or any [***].

  • If Customer is using the static Maps API to receive the Content, Customer will incorporate a link to the Maps Terms and the Legal Notices in a licence agreement governing End Users’ use of the Customer Implementation.

  • If Google and Customer have previously entered into a Maps API Agreement, that agreement will terminate on the Services Start Date and be replaced with this Agreement.

  • If Customer is using the Javascript API or Maps API for Flash to receive the Content, a link to the Maps Terms is provided on the Content.

  • Design Criteria Package means concise, performance-oriented drawings or specifications for a public construction project.   • Manufacturing Know-How means, with respect to the Product or any Variant thereof, the technology, data, designs, processes, methods, specifications and other know-how used in connection with the formulation, manufacture, labeling, packaging, quality control, release testing, and production of the Product, and all ingredients used therein and portions thereof.

  • Expiry Date (Data di Scadenza) means the "Expiry Date" as specified in § 1 of the Product and Underlying Data.

  • DNA sample means any material that has come from a human body and consists of or includes human cells;

  • Polystyrene foam adhesive means an aerosol adhesive designed to bond polystyrene foam to substrates.

  • Technical Specifications means the detailed requirements for the Work furnished by the Architect and set forth in Book 3 of the Contract Documents.

  • Design flow means the average annual flow or average daily flow specified in an approved facilities plan or approved plans and specifications, the flow specified in a WPDES permit, or the flow required to meet performance standards.

  • Functional Specifications means the descriptions of features and functions of the Application as expressly set forth in Quote.

  • Loop Concentrator/Multiplexer or "LCM" is the Network Element that does one or more of the following: aggregates lower bit rate or bandwidth signals to higher bit rate or bandwidth signals (multiplexing); disaggregates higher bit rate or bandwidth signals to lower bit rate or bandwidth signals (demultiplexing); aggregates a specified number of signals or channels to fewer channels (concentrating); performs signal conversion, including encoding of signals (e.g., analog to digital and digital to analog signal conversion); or in some instances performs electrical to optical (E/O) conversion. LCM includes DLC, and D4 channel banks and may be located in Remote Terminals or Central Offices.

  • Tight-fitting facepiece means a respiratory inlet covering that forms a complete seal with the face.

  • Standard Specifications means a compilation in book form of specifica- tions approved for general application and repetitive use;

  • Design Documentation means all schematics and test, assembly and package documentation relating to the Product, including all design, specification and assembly documentation and data files for Materials, which is necessary for the production, manufacture, qualification, testing and delivery of the Product to be attached as Exhibit A.

  • Isomer means all enantiomers and diastereomers.

  • Goods Specification means any specification for the Goods, including any related plans and drawings, as set out in the Order or otherwise agreed in writing by Get Living and the Supplier;

  • Brand Name or Equal Specification means a specification which uses one or more manufacturer’s names or catalogue numbers to describe the standard of quality, performance, and other characteristics needed to meet District requirements, and which provides for the submission of equivalent products.

  • Project Scope means the description or activity of work to be accomplished on the Project.

  • Process weight means the total weight of all materials introduced into any source operation. Solid fuels charged will be considered as part of the process weight, but liquid and gaseous fuels and combustion air will not.
