Marijuana Code definition

Marijuana Code means the Colorado Marijuana Code found at sections 44-10-101 et seq., C.R.S.
Marijuana Code means collectively, as applicable, Sections 14 and 16 of Article XVIII of the Colorado Constitution, the Colorado Marijuana Code, §§ 00-00-000, et seq., C.R.S., together with §§475B et. al of the Oregon Revised Statues, as the same may be supplemented or amended from time to time, together with the regulations promulgated thereunder, and all applicable local Laws and regulations thereto promulgated by a Governmental Authority.
