Marine inspector definition

Marine inspector means a person who has been trained to perform a dry dock inspection and is registered with the Division as a person who is eligible to perform a dry dock inspection of a vessel.
Marine inspector means a "designated boat inspector" and is used in this chapter to mean a boat inspector who is designated by the chief boiler inspector of the department.‌
