Maritime Labour Certificate definition

Maritime Labour Certificate means the certificate referred to in Regulation 5.1.3;
Maritime Labour Certificate means the certificate issued by the Director-General of Shipping or by any officer, authority or organisation authorised by him in this behalf, in accordance with the provisions of the Maritime Labour Convention;
Maritime Labour Certificate means the certificate issued in accordance with Article V of the Maritime Labour Convention;
