Tax Certificate definition

Tax Certificate means the Federal Tax Certificate executed and delivered by the City on the Date of Original Issue of any Bond issued as a Tax-Exempt Bond, as the same may be amended or supplemented in accordance with its provisions.
Tax Certificate has the meaning specified in Section 5.03(o).

Tax Certificate means an Internal Revenue Service Form W-9 (or the substantial equivalent thereof) in the case of a Limited Partner that is a U.S. person within the meaning of the Code, or an Internal Revenue Service Form W-8BEN or other applicable form in the case of a Limited Partner that is not a U.S. person.
Tax Certificate means, collectively, (a) the Tax Certificate as to Arbitrage and the Provisions of Sections 103 and 141-150 of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 dated the Closing Date and executed by the Governmental Lender and the Borrower and (b) the Borrower Cost Certificate dated the Closing Date and executed and delivered by the Borrower, in each case including all exhibits and other attachments thereto and in each case as may be amended, modified, supplemented and replaced from time to time.

Tax Certificate means a certificate executed by an Authorized Officer of the Authority, including the appendices, schedules and exhibits thereto, executed in connection with the issuance of the Tax Exempt Authorized Bonds in which the Authority makes representations and agreements as to arbitrage compliance with the provisions of Section 141 through 150, inclusive, of the Code, or any similar certificate, agreement or other instrument made, executed and delivered in lieu of said certificate, in each case as the same may be amended or supplemented.
