Market Return definition

Market Return has the meaning set forth in Section 2.9(C).
Market Return means the percentage change of the MSCI US REIT Index (RMS) over the Performance Period, which shall be established by comparing the Initial Market Value to the Closing Market Value, provided, however, that in the event the MSCI US REIT Index is discontinued or its methodology significantly changed, a comparable index shall be selected by the Committee in good faith.
Market Return is defined in Section 2.6(C).

Market Return means a fair and reasonable estimation of the annual rent that the Owner may expect to receive for a one year rental of the Unit on the open market, as determined by the Manager at its sole discretion taking into account readily available data at that time. If the Five-year U.S. Treasury Rate cannot be determined pursuant to the methods described in clause (i) or (ii) above, then the Five-year U.S. Treasury Rate will be the same interest rate determined for the prior Reset Dividend Determination Date.

  • FMV is the closing price of the Association's common stock on The New York Stock Exchange (“NYSE”) or on whatever other stock exchange or market such stock is publicly traded on the date the Executive's employment terminates or, if such day is not a day on which such securities are traded, on the most recent preceding trading day on which a trade occurs, provided however that if the security allocated to the Executive's account during the last completed plan year is other than the Association's common stock the closing price of such security on the date the Executive's employment terminates shall be utilized.
