Master Fund Shares definition

Master Fund Shares means the common units of fractional undivided beneficial interest with limited liability in the profits, losses, distributions, capital and assets of, and ownership of a Master Fund.
Master Fund Shares means the common units of fractional undivided beneficial interest with limited liability in the profits, losses, distributions, capital and assets of, and ownership of, DB Commodity Index Tracking Master Fund, a Delaware statutory trust.
Master Fund Shares means the common units of fractional undivided beneficial interest with limited liability in the profits, losses, distributions, capital and assets of, and ownership of, GreenHaven Continuous Commodity Index Master Fund, a Delaware statutory trust.

  • The purposes of the Trust and each Fund shall be to acquire, hold and redeem corresponding Master Fund Shares and to enter into any lawful transaction and engage in any lawful activities in furtherance of or incidental to the foregoing purposes.

  • Such distributions of Master Fund Shares shall be accomplished by the opening of shareholder accounts on the share ledger records of Master Fund in the amounts due to the Investors in the Registered Feeder Funds based on their respective holdings in the Registered Feeder Funds as of the Closing Date.

  • The Investment Manager is entitled to a management fee, calculated and payable monthly in arrears equal to 1/12 of 1.5% of the net asset value of the Company which is not attributable to the Company’s investment in the Master Fund Shares as at the last calendar day of each calendar month.

  • The Master Fund Shares are liquid and can be converted to cash to meet liabilities as they fall due.
