Master Notes definition

Master Notes means the Master Note, Series A dated October 29, 2001 issued by FSAM to FSA Capital Management and the Master Note, Series B dated October 29, 2001 issued by FSAM to FSA Capital Markets.
Master Notes are defined in Section 1-7.
Master Notes means those forms of Notes issued in book-entry form only and registered in the name of Cede & Co., as nominee of the DTC or another securities depository pursuant to Section 2.07 which are intended to evidence the City's aggregate obligations under the Notes.

Examples of Master Notes in a sentence

  • Registration: Unless otherwise specified by DTC, the Master Notes will be in fully registered form only without coupons.

  • The MPN Holder may at any time resign by giving written notice thereof to the Indenture Trustee and delivering all related Master Notes to a successor MPN Holder, which agrees to the terms of this Agreement, or to the Indenture Trustee.

  • On each such date, DTC will pay, in accordance with its SDFS operating procedures then in effect, such amounts in funds available for immediate use to the respective Participants in whose names the Book-Entry Notes represented by such Global Securities or Master Notes are recorded in the book-entry system maintained by DTC.
