Master Server definition

Master Server means the server on which the server Software is installed for user authentication and authorization, storage of encryption keys, and centralized policy management, and, at Customer’s election, it must be located in either the Public Cloud (on Code42 servers), a Private Cloud (on Customer hardware), or a Managed Private Cloud (on Managed Appliances).
Master Server means the hardware that operates as the main server on which You use and run the Server Software that You have designated as Your primary Server Software (as defined below). The Server Software on Your Master Server is the core of Your M-Files System. Setting up a new Master Server is subject to authorization to set up a new M-Files System.
Master Server means the hardware that operates as the main server on which Licensee uses and runs the Server Software that Licensee has designated as Licensee’s primary Server Software (as defined below). The Server Software on Licensee’s Master Server is the core of Licensee’s M-Files System. Setting up a new Master Server is subject to authorization to set up a new M-Files System. “M-Files” shall refer to M-Files Corporation, a corporation validly incorporated under the laws of Finland.

More Definitions of Master Server

Master Server means the hardware that operates as the main server on which Customer uses and runs the Server Software and that Customer has designated as its primary Server Software. The Server Software on Customer’s Master Server is the core for Customer’s Software Service. Setting up a new Master Server is subject to authorization by M-Files to set up a new instance of the Software Service.

Related to Master Server

  • Server means all programs and technology used to make and carry out the Client's instructions, as well as presenting trading information in real time (the information is specified by the Company), with consideration of the mutual obligations of the Client and Company in correspondence with this Agreement.

An observer shall not chart; touch a patient as part of an examination; conduct an interview; order, prescribe or administer medications; make decisions that affect patient care; direct others in providing patient care; or conduct procedures, including surgery. Any of these activities requires licensure to practice in Iowa. An unlicensed physician observer or a medical student observer may touch a patient to verify a physical finding in the immediate presence of a physician but shall not conduct a more inclusive physical examination.

  • Load Serving Entity or “LSE” shall have the meaning specified in the Reliability Assurance Agreement.

  • Dialing Parity means as defined in the Act. As used in this Agreement, Dialing Parity refers to both Local Dialing Parity and Toll Dialing Parity.
