Server definition

Server means all programs and technology used to make and carry out the Client's instructions, as well as presenting trading information in real time (the information is specified by the Company), with consideration of the mutual obligations of the Client and Company in correspondence with this Agreement.
Server means the MetaTrader Server program, version 4 and/or 5. The program is used to execute the Client’s Instructions or Requests, to provide trading information in real-time mode (the content is defined by the Company), in consideration of the mutual liabilities between the Client and the Company, subject to the Terms of the Operative Agreements.
