Master Subordination Agreement definition

Master Subordination Agreement means the Master Subordination Agreement, substantially in the form of Exhibit J hereto, as amended, supplemented, amended and restated or otherwise modified.
Master Subordination Agreement shall have the meaning given such term in the recitals of this Agreement.
