Material Cost Circumstance definition

Material Cost Circumstance means that, at any time during the Term of this Agreement, the Spot Price for Kerosene-Type Jet fuel, U.S. Gulf Coast as published by the U.S. Energy Information Administration in its weekly “Petroleum Status Report” exceeds $2.02.
Material Cost Circumstance means that, at any time during the term of this Agreement, Delta’s average domestic system-wide cost per gallon of jet fuel increases by or more over the cost per gallon of jet fuel for Delta as of the Effective Date of this Agreement, which cost is .
