The requirements of this section shall not extend beyond ninety (90) days from the effective date of termination, or beyond nine (9) months in the case of an Eligible Person who at the time of the termination has been diagnosed with a terminal illness, or for a pregnant Eligible Person who at the time of termination is past the twenty-fourth (24th) week of pregnancy, beyond delivery of the child, immediate postpartum care, and the follow-up check-up within the first six (6) weeks of delivery. In addition to the foregoing, termination shall not release Provider or Payor from liability to the other with respect to services rendered to Eligible Persons, monies paid, or other actions through the date of termination, nor shall it relieve Provider of the obligation not to bxxx Eligible Persons for Covered Services. This section shall survive termination of the Agreement for any reason.
