Material Payors definition

Material Payors shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.19.2.
Material Payors means, for the applicable fiscal year, the top twenty (20) payors of the Business, based on the test volume generated from such payor.

  • Schedule 3.23 lists the Material Payors of the Business at each of the Acquired Centers on the basis of net revenues in accordance with the audited Financial Statement for services provided for the most recent fiscal year.

  • Medicare Levy Surcharge means an extra charge payable by high income earners beyond the standard Medicare Levy if they do not have qualifying private hospital insurance coverage. This charge is assessed as part of an individual or family’s annual tax return.
