Matters definition

Matters means those matters which are the subject of this Contract and matters arising out of or in connection with this Contract / Order.
Matters has the meaning set forth in Section 6.1.

Matters. Any additional services that have or will be requested will be the subject of a separate written agreement, to be negotiated and signed by ATTORNEYS and CLIENT. In particular, and without limitation, CLIENT agrees that ATTORNEYS have not been retained to provide, and will not provide legal advice or services concerning issues in tax, probate, estate planning, securities, worker's compensation, family, admiralty, criminal, or bankruptcy matters.
Matters means any criminal proceeding or Juvenile Process, including, instances where a law enforcement agency submitted a report to the prosecuting agency for consideration of criminal charges and the prosecuting agency declined to prosecute.
