Matters definition

Matters means those matters which are the subject of this Contract and matters arising out of or in connection with this Contract / Order.
Matters has the meaning specified in the Recitals, above.
Matters has the meaning set forth in Section 6.1.

Matters. Any additional services that have or will be requested will be the subject of a separate written agreement, to be negotiated and signed by ATTORNEYS and CLIENT. In particular, and without limitation, CLIENT agrees that ATTORNEYS have not been retained to provide, and will not provide legal advice or services concerning issues in tax, probate, estate planning, securities, worker's compensation, family, admiralty, criminal, or bankruptcy matters.

Each Entity has paid all real estate taxes presently due and owing with respect to the Projects.
Matters means an application for reserved matters approval in relation to the Planning Permission and the term “Reserved Matters Approval” shall be construed accordingly; Site: means the land at Eastern Green, Coventry shown edged red on Plan 1 and registered at HM Land Registry with absolute title under title numbers WM705548 WM666314 WM263479 WM338827 WM301814 WM271917 WK150371 WK112252 WM196118 MM31390 and WK212880;
