Matters definition

Matters means those matters which are the subject of this Contract and matters arising out of or in connection with this Contract / Order.

Matters. Any additional services that have or will be requested will be the subject of a separate written agreement, to be negotiated and signed by ATTORNEYS and CLIENT. In particular, and without limitation, CLIENT agrees that ATTORNEYS have not been retained to provide, and will not provide legal advice or services concerning issues in tax, probate, estate planning, securities, worker's compensation, family, admiralty, criminal, or bankruptcy matters.

Matters means any criminal proceeding or Juvenile Process, including, instances where a law enforcement agency submitted a report to the prosecuting agency for consideration of criminal charges and the prosecuting agency declined to prosecute.

Matters means all efforts to advise CLIENTS from time to time on various legal questions and to provide legal opinion letters, from time to time, to CLIENTS at the request of CLIENTS on a variety of legal matters. Any single matter that CLIENTS retain ATTORNEYS to advise them on and/or to provide a legal opinion regarding and which ATTORNEYS agree to and/or are able to handle pursuant to this Agreement shall be referred to herein as a “MATTER” “MATTERS” or “MATTER” shall not include representing CLIENTS in any litigation, either pending, threatened, currently ongoing or arising in the future. Matters. With the exception of litigation in the ordinary course of business, the Company has no other litigation pending, or to its knowledge, threatened other than as specifically set forth below.

Matters as used herein shall mean all claims, whether known or unknown, which have been brought or could have been brought with regard to the matters in the Litigation, including without limitation New Mexico’s claims against the Contractor Defendants in the Litigation, any claim by ONRT for Natural Resource Damages related to the Gold King Mine Release against the Contractor Defendants, and ER's counterclaims against New Mexico in the Litigation.
