Disputes definition

Disputes means any dispute, claim or controversy arising out of, connected with or relating to this Agreement or any other Loan Document, between or among parties hereto and to the other Loan Documents.
Disputes shall have the meaning set forth in Section 7.1.
Disputes has the meaning set forth in Section 13.1.

Examples of Disputes in a sentence

  • The mediation shall take place in Sydney, Australia and be administered by the Australian Disputes Centre (ADC).

  • Disputes as to invoices must be accompanied by detailed supporting information and are deemed waived 15 calendar days following the invoice date.

  • Disputes involving this contract, including the breach or alleged breach thereof, may not be submitted to binding arbitration (except where statutorily authorized), but must, instead, be heard in a court of competent jurisdiction of the State of New York.

More Definitions of Disputes

Disputes clause shall mean the "Disputes" clause of this Contract.
