The Holder may elect to renew the Maturity of this Note, or if so specified above, any portion hereof, by delivering a notice to such effect to the Trustee (or any duly appointed Paying Agent) at the Corporate Trust Office not less than 3 nor more than 15 days prior to such Maturity Extension Date (unless another period is specified on the face hereof as the "Special Election Period").
