Maximum Dividend Amount definition

Maximum Dividend Amount has the meaning specified in Section 7.06(d).
Maximum Dividend Amount means the maximum cash dividend which the Company is able to pay at the relevant time, taking into account the restrictions mentioned in paragraphs 9(b) and 9(c) above and after having made appropriate payment, withholding or reservation of all taxes payable in connection with such dividend.
