Error Rate is the total number of Failed Requests divided by Total Requests, across all Resources in a given Azure subscription, during a given one-hour interval. If the Total Requests in a given one-hour interval is zero, the Error Rate for that interval is 0%.
Maximum Daily Limit means the maximum allowable "Daily Concentration" (defined above) when expressed as a concentration (e.g. mg/l), otherwise, it means the maximum allowable "Daily Quantity" as defined above, unless it is expressed as a flow quantity. If expressed as a flow quantity it means "Maximum Daily Flow" as defined in Section 22a-430-3(a) of the RCSA.
Maximum Advance Rate means 80.0%.
Maximum Interest Rate means the rate of interest that results in the maximum amount of interest allowed by applicable law.
Maximum Net Mortgage Rate With respect to any adjustable rate Mortgage Loan and any date of determination, the Maximum Mortgage Rate minus the sum of (i) the Subservicing Fee Rate and (ii) the Servicing Fee Rate. MERS: Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of Delaware, or any successor thereto.
additional rate means the additional rate levied by the City of Cape Town on rateable properties within the designated boundaries of the Special Rating Area for purposes of raising funds for improving and upgrading that area, subject to any exemptions or permissible differentiation between categories of property, as contemplated in section 22(1) of the Rates Act, read with sections 8(1) and 12(2) of the By-Law;
Maximum Cap Rate For any Distribution Date with respect to the Group I Certificates, a per annum rate equal to the sum of (i) the product of (x) the weighted average of the Expense Adjusted Net Maximum Mortgage Rates of the Group I Mortgage Loans minus an amount, expressed as a percentage, equal to the Net Swap Payment and Swap Termination Payment, if any (other than termination payments resulting from a Swap Provider Trigger Event), due from the Trust for such Distribution Date, multiplied by 12, weighted on the basis of the outstanding Stated Principal Balances of the Group I Mortgage Loans as of the first day of the month preceding the month of such Distribution Date (after giving effect to scheduled payments of principal due during the related Due Period, to the extent received or advanced, and unscheduled collections of principal received during the related Prepayment Period) and (y) a fraction, the numerator of which is 30 and the denominator of which is the actual number of days elapsed in the related Interest Accrual Period and (ii) an amount, expressed as a percentage, equal to a fraction, the numerator of which is equal to the Net Swap Payment made by the Interest Rate Swap Provider and the denominator of which is equal to the aggregate Stated Principal Balance of the Mortgage Loans, multiplied by 12. For any Distribution Date with respect to the Mezzanine Certificates, a per annum rate equal to the sum of (i) the product of (x) the weighted average (weighted on the basis of the results of subtracting from the aggregate Stated Principal Balance of the applicable Loan Group, the current Certificate Principal Balance of the related Class A Certificates) of the weighted average of the Expense Adjusted Net Maximum Mortgage Rates of the Group I Mortgage Loans and the Group II Mortgage Loans, in each case, weighted on the basis of the outstanding Stated Principal Balances of the related Mortgage Loans as of the first day of the month preceding the month of such Distribution Date (after giving effect to scheduled payments of principal due during the related Due Period, to the extent received or advanced, and unscheduled collections of principal received during the related Prepayment Period) and (y) a fraction, the numerator of which is 30 and the denominator of which is the actual number of days elapsed in the related Interest Accrual Period and (ii) an amount, expressed as a percentage, equal to a fraction, the numerator of which is equal to the Net Swap Payment made by the Interest Rate Swap Provider and the denominator of which is equal to the aggregate Stated Principal Balance of the Mortgage Loans, multiplied by 12.
Maximum Loan Rate With respect to each Mortgage Loan, the percentage set forth in the related Mortgage Note as the maximum Loan Rate thereunder.
Indirect Cost Rate means a device for determining in a reasonable manner the proportion of indirect costs each Program should bear. It is a ratio (expressed as a percentage) of the Indirect Costs to a Direct Cost base. If reimbursement of Indirect Costs is allowable under an Award, Grantor will not reimburse those Indirect Costs unless Grantee has established an Indirect Cost Rate covering the applicable activities and period of time, unless Indirect Costs are reimbursed at a fixed rate.
Maximum Mortgage Rate With respect to each Adjustable Rate Mortgage Loan, the percentage set forth in the related Mortgage Note as the maximum Mortgage Rate thereunder.
Maximum Legal Rate means the maximum nonusurious interest rate, if any, that at any time or from time to time may be contracted for, taken, reserved, charged or received on the indebtedness evidenced by the Note and as provided for herein or the other Loan Documents, under the laws of such state or states whose laws are held by any court of competent jurisdiction to govern the interest rate provisions of the Loan.
Maximum Applicable Rate with respect to APS, has the meaning set forth in Section 11.10(a)(vii) of these Bylaws.
Daily LIBOR Rate means, for any day, the rate per annum determined by the Agent by dividing (x) the Published Rate by (y) a number equal to 1.00 minus the Reserve Percentage.
Final rate means an indirect cost rate applicable to a specified past period which is based on the actual allowable costs of the period. A final audited rate is not subject to adjustment.
Maximum allowable cost list means a list of drugs for
Advance Rates shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.1(a) hereof.
Applicable LIBOR Rate means, (a) for Auction Periods of 35 days or less, One-Month LIBOR, (b) for Auction Periods of more than 35 days but less than 91 days, Three-Month LIBOR, (c) for Auction Periods of more than 90 days but less than 181 days, Six-Month LIBOR, and (d) for Auction Periods of more than 180 days, One-Year LIBOR.
Maximum Daily Starts means the maximum number of times that a generating unit can be started in an Operating Day under normal operating conditions.

Adjusted Net Maximum Mortgage Rate With respect to any Mortgage Loan (or the related REO Property), as of any date of determination, a per annum rate of interest equal to the applicable Maximum Mortgage Rate for such Mortgage Loan (or the Mortgage Rate in the case of any Fixed-Rate Mortgage Loan) as of the first day of the month preceding the month in which the related Distribution Date occurs minus the sum of (i) the Trustee Fee Rate and (ii) the Servicing Fee Rate.
Repo Rate on any day means the highest interest rate available to a Lender from investment in overnight repurchase agreements.
Base CD Rate means the sum of (a) the Three-Month Secondary CD Rate multiplied by the Statutory Reserve Rate plus (b) the Assessment Rate.
Minimum Interest Rate With respect to each Adjustable Rate Mortgage Loan, a rate that is set forth on the Mortgage Loan Schedule and in the related Mortgage Note and is the minimum interest rate to which the Mortgage Interest Rate on such Mortgage Loan may be decreased.
Advance Rate has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 5.13.
Fallback Rate means, where a Permanent Discontinuation Trigger for an Applicable Benchmark Rate has occurred, the rate that applies to replace that Applicable Benchmark Rate in accordance with Condition 5.3(b)(i)(B);
Maximum Lawful Rate has the meaning set forth in Section 2.7.
