Maximum Maintenance Special Tax definition

Maximum Maintenance Special Tax means the greatest amount of Maintenance Special Tax that can be levied on an Assessor Parcel in any Fiscal Year determined in accordance with Sections C and D below.
Maximum Maintenance Special Tax means the maximum annual Maintenance Special Tax, determined in accordance with the provisions of Section D.2, which may be levied in any Fiscal Year on any Assessor’s Parcel of Taxable Property.

  • If additional monies are needed to satisfy the Maintenance Special Tax Requirement after the first step has been completed, the Maintenance Special Tax shall be levied Proportionately on each Assessor’s Parcel of Final Map Property excluding Association Property at up to 100% of the Maximum Maintenance Special Tax for Final Map Property.

  • The Maximum Maintenance Special Tax may be levied in perpetuity until the City no longer needs revenue to pay the Maintenance Special Tax Requirement.

  • Second: If additional monies are needed to satisfy the Maintenance Special Tax Requirement after the first step has been completed, the Maintenance Special Tax shall be levied Proportionately on all Single Family Final Map Property at a rate up to 100% of the applicable Maximum Maintenance Special Tax to satisfy the Maintenance Special Tax Requirement.

  • The Maximum Maintenance Special Tax and the Maximum TDM Services Special Tax may not be prepaid and shall continue to be levied in accordance with Section D and Section E of this Rate and Method of Apportionment on an annual basis on all Taxable Property in CFD No. 18.

  • The Maximum Maintenance Special Tax and TDM Services Special Tax may increase by the Consumer Price Index for all Urban Consumers, for San Francisco-Oakland-San Jose Area, not to exceed 4%.

Related to Maximum Maintenance Special Tax

  • Annual Special Tax means the Special Tax actually levied in any Fiscal Year on any Assessor’s Parcel.

  • Maximum Special Tax means the maximum Special Tax, determined in accordance with Section C below, that can be levied in any Fiscal Year on any Assessor’s Parcel.

  • Generator Maintenance Outage means the scheduled removal from service, in whole or in part, of a generating unit in order to perform necessary repairs on specific components of the facility, if removal of the facility meets the guidelines specified in the PJM Manuals.

  • Backup Annual Special Tax means the Special Tax of that name described in Section E.

  • Operation and Maintenance Costs means the costs of:

  • Maintenance Costs means parts and materials, sublet and labour costs of a qualified licensed mechanic for the maintenance of the Revenue Service Vehicles, but shall not include costs associated with interior and exterior transit advertising signs and non-mechanical servicing of Revenue Service Vehicles such as fuelling, clearing fareboxes, cleaning and painting wheel rims, vehicle washing and other work performed by a serviceman; and,

  • Maintenance Outage means NERC Event Type MO, as set forth in attached Exhibit B, and includes any outage involving ten percent (10%) of the Facility’s Net Output that is not a Forced Outage or a Planned Outage.

  • Maintenance Schedule means a document which describes the specific scheduled maintenance tasks and their frequency of completion necessary for the safe operation of those aircraft to which it applies;

  • Special Tax means the special tax to be levied in each Fiscal Year on each Assessor’s Parcel of Taxable Property to fund the Special Tax Requirement.

  • Yield Maintenance Amount means, with respect to any Note, an amount equal to the excess, if any, of the Discounted Value of the Called Principal of such Note over the sum of (i) such Called Principal plus (ii) interest accrued thereon as of (including interest due on) the Settlement Date with respect to such Called Principal. The Yield-Maintenance Amount shall in no event be less than zero.

  • Yield Maintenance Charge With respect to any Mortgage Loan or Serviced Companion Loan, the yield maintenance charge or prepayment premium, if any, payable under the related Note in connection with certain prepayments.

  • Assigned Annual Special Tax means the Special Tax of that name described in Section D.

  • Operation and Maintenance Expenses or ‘O&M expenses' means the expenditure incurred on operation and maintenance of the project, or part thereof, and includes the expenditure on manpower, repairs, spares, consumables, insurance and overheads;

  • Scheduled Maintenance means routine maintenance scheduled by Orange to implement generic changes to, or updates of, the Orange Services or the Orange Network.

  • Planned Maintenance means any Maintenance BT has planned to do in advance.

  • Yield Maintenance Period means the period from and including the date of this Note until but not including the Scheduled Initial Maturity Date.

  • Special Taxes means any and all present or future taxes, levies, imposts, deductions, charges or withholdings, or any liabilities with respect thereto, including those arising after the date hereof as result of the adoption of or any change in law, treaty, rule, regulation, guideline or determination of a Governmental Authority or any change in the interpretation or application thereof by a Governmental Authority but excluding, in the case of Lender, such taxes (including income taxes, franchise taxes and branch profit taxes) as are imposed on or measured by Lender’s net income by the United States of America or any Governmental Authority of the jurisdiction under the laws under which Lender is organized or maintains a lending office.

  • Yield Maintenance Premium means the amount (if any) which, when added to the remaining principal amount of this Note, will be sufficient to purchase U.S. Obligations providing the required Scheduled Defeasance Payments; and

  • Maintenance area means any geographic region of the United States previously designated nonattainment pursuant to the CAA Amendments of 1990 and subsequently redesignated to attainment subject to the requirement to develop a maintenance plan under §175A of the CAA, as amended.

  • Maintenance Charges means the charges payable by the applicant to the Maintenance Agency in accordance with the demand raised by the Maintenance Agency for the maintenance and up keep of the said building/ said complex, including common areas and facilities but does not include; (a) the charges for actual consumption of utilities in the Dwelling Unit including but not limited to electricity, water, which shall be charged based on actual consumption on monthly basis and (b) any statutory payments, taxes, with regard to the Dwelling Unit/ said building/said complex.

  • Spread Maintenance Premium means, with respect to any payment or prepayment, an amount equal to the product of the following: (i) the LIBOR Margin, the Alternate Rate Spread or the Base Rate Spread then applicable to each such future installment of interest, multiplied by (ii) the principal amount of the Loan so prepaid, and multiplied by (iii) a fraction, the numerator of which is the number of days following the date through which interest on the prepaid amount has been paid through and including December 14, 2019, and the denominator of which is 360.
