Special Tax definition

Special Tax means the special tax to be levied in each Fiscal Year on each Assessor’s Parcel of Taxable Property to fund the Special Tax Requirement.
Special Tax means a special tax levied in any Fiscal Year to pay the Special Tax Requirement.
Special Tax means any of the special taxes authorized to be levied by CFD No. 2005-1 pursuant to the Act.

Examples of Special Tax in a sentence

  • On or within five (5) Business Days of June 1 of each year, the Fiscal Agent shall provide the City with a notice stating the amount then on deposit in the Special Tax Fund, the Bond Fund and the Reserve Fund (including all accounts and sub-accounts therein), the monthly statements provided by the Fiscal Agent shall satisfy this notice requirement.

  • No provision of this Agreement shall require the City to expend or risk its own general funds or otherwise incur any financial liability (other than with respect to the Special Tax Revenues) in the performance of any of its obligations hereunder, or in the exercise of and of its rights or powers, if it shall have reasonable grounds for believing that repayment of such funds or adequate indemnity against such risk or liability is not reasonably assured to it.

  • The City shall comply with all requirements of the Act, including the enactment of necessary Ordinances, so as to assure the timely collection of Special Tax Revenues, including without limitation, the enforcement of the payment or collection of delinquent Special Taxes.

  • All obligations of the City and the District under this Agreement and the Bonds shall be special obligations of the City and the District, payable solely from the Special Tax Revenues and the funds pledged therefor pursuant hereto.

  • There is hereby established, as a separate account to be held by the Fiscal Agent, the “Community Facilities District No. 2018-1 (Improvement Area No. 1) of the City of Corona 2018 Special Tax Bonds Improvement Fund” to the credit of which a deposit shall be made as required by paragraph (D) of Section 3.02 hereof.
