Maximum Note Amount definition

Maximum Note Amount means, with respect to any Eligible Aircraft, 80% of the Appraised Value of such Eligible Aircraft based on appraisals obtained pursuant to subsection 5.10 of such Eligible Aircraft made within 30 days prior to the purchase thereof and giving effect to the proposed modifications of such Eligible Aircraft pursuant to a Modification Agreement.
Maximum Note Amount means an amount equal to the lesser of (a) $125,000,000 and (b) the aggregate amount of the Revolving Commitments held by all of the Note Purchasers.
