Maximum Payment Terms definition

Maximum Payment Terms means the terms of payment specified as such in the Agreement. "Minimum Headroom" means the amount by which Availability exceeds Funds in Use. "Minimum Notice Period" means the period specified as such in the Agreement.
Maximum Payment Terms means the payment terms specified in paragraph 20.6;
Maximum Payment Terms means the maximum payment terms on which the buyer obligation must be payable (calculated from the date of shipment) as specified in the special buyer credit limit and/or discretionary buyer credit limit endorsements to the Policy.
