Maximum Tranche B Amount definition

Maximum Tranche B Amount means, in respect of Vessel B, $11,700,000.

Maximum Tranche B Amount means $30,000,000.

Maximum Tranche B Amount means the amount up to the lesser of (i) $17,250,000; and (ii) 48% of the FMV of Vessel B as evidenced by the valuation received by the Agent under Clause 4.1 (Initial conditions precedent).

More Definitions of Maximum Tranche B Amount

Maximum Tranche B Amount means, at any particular time, an amount equal to the Tranche B Revolving Loan Commitment of all Tranche B Revolving Lenders.
