MBIA Premium Rate definition

MBIA Premium Rate shall have the meaning specified in the Insurance Agreement.
MBIA Premium Rate. A percentage equal to one twelfth (1/12) of the "premium percentage" set forth in the Commitment Letter, dated May 29, 2003, between MBIA and Bear, Xxxxxxx & Co. Inc., a copy of which shall be provided to the Master Servicer on the Closing Date.
MBIA Premium Rate. A percentage equal to one twelfth (1/12) of the "premium percentage" set forth in the Commitment Letter, dated October 9, 2002, between MBIA and Deutsche Bank Securities Inc.

  • Premium Rate has the meaning assigned to such term in the Premium Letter.

  • Base premium rate means, for each class of business as to a rating period, the lowest premium rate charged or that could have been charged under the rating system for that class of business by the small employer carrier to small employers with similar case characteristics for health benefit plans with the same or similar coverage.

  • New business premium rate means, for each class of business as to a rating period, the lowest premium rate charged or offered, or which could have been charged or offered, by the small employer carrier to small employers with similar case characteristics for newly issued health benefit plans with the same or similar coverage;

  • Minimum Rate With respect to each ARM Loan, the rate per annum set forth in the related Mortgage Note as the minimum Note Rate thereunder. The Minimum Rate as to each ARM Loan is set forth on the related Mortgage Loan Schedule.

  • Subsidized Xxxxxxxx Loan means a Loan for which the interest rate is governed by Section 427A(a) or 427A(d) of the Higher Education Act.
