McAfee Marketing Materials definition

McAfee Marketing Materials means the McAfee collateral, advertisements, promotional materials, white papers, case studies, media, and other content that may be provided by McAfee to assist Distributor in marketing the McAfee Products.

  • Authorized OEM shall notify McAfee promptly upon learning of any attempt by anyone to misappropriate, copy, modify, derive or reverse engineer any McAfee Products, technology, McAfee Marketing Materials, training materials, or other feature of thereof and Authorized OEM shall cooperate and assist McAfee in discovering, preventing and stopping any such misappropriation, copying, modification, derivation or reverse engineering of the McAfee Products.

  • Marketing Materials has the meaning given to it in NI 41-101;

  • Marketing Material means customary bank books (including a customary “public” and “private side” version), information or offering memoranda, rating agency presentations and other information packages regarding the business, operations and financial condition and prospects of the Assets and Assumed Liabilities, including all information relating to the transactions contemplated hereunder.

  • Remarketing Materials means the Preliminary Prospectus, the Prospectus or any other information furnished by the Company to the Remarketing Agent for distribution to investors in connection with the Remarketing.

  • Manufacturing Materials means parts, tools, dies, jigs, fixtures, plans, drawings, and information produced or acquired, or rights acquired, specifically to fulfill obligations set forth herein.
