TRIPS Agreement definition

TRIPS Agreement means the Agreement on Trade-Related Aspects of Intellectual Property Rights;
TRIPS Agreement means the Agreement on Trade-Related Aspects of Intellectual Property Rights in Annex 1C to the WTO Agreement;
TRIPS Agreement means the Agreement on Trade-Related Aspects of Intellectual Property Rights, contained in Annex 1C of the WTO Agreement, as revised or amended from time to time by a revision or amendment that applies to the two sides and including any waiver of any provision thereof granted by the General Council of the World Trade Organisation (WTO);
