MDR Services definition

MDR Services means managed detection and response services as described in the relevant service descriptions found here.
MDR Services means the managed or endpoint detection and response services set out in this MDR Service Description. EDR Services (as may be specified in the CMS SOW) are also MDR Services. Security Event means a condition or situation detected by the Cloud Platform, which is observed from one or more Cloud Agents. Security Incident means one or more Security Events identified by the Customer or Interactive to be an adverse condition or situation in the IT Environment.
MDR Services means managed detection and response services, provided 24x7, as described in the relevant MDR Services description provided by Critical Start.

Examples of MDR Services in a sentence

  • The term of the MDR Services will automatically renew annually for subsequent one (1) year terms on the Service Commencement Date, unless either party provides written notice of termination at least sixty (60) days prior to the expiration of the Term or the then current renewal period.

  • The MDR Services ordered on each Service Order shall be described in the relevant Services Description and will commence the Services Commencement Date.

  • Customer will be notified (in writing or email) that MDR Services have transitioned from deployment phase to full production monitoring.

  • Critical Start shall provide to Customer an invoice for the renewal term a minimum of sixty (60) days prior to the term renewal date, detailing any mutually agreed to adjustments to the fees for MDR Services.

  • Customers using endpoint detection and response and/or endpoint protection solutions are advised that the MDR Services have the ability to isolate machines on Customer’s network and can use that functionality to protect Customer’s network.

  • Critical Start may also provide Customers with access to early stage MDR Services (“Beta Releases”) for evaluation.

  • If Customer is entering into this Agreement for the purposes of evaluating the MDR Services, Critical Start agrees to provide Customer, at no charge, access to and use of the MDR Services, subject to the MDR Terms below for a period of thirty (30) days (“Evaluation Term”).

  • Critical Start may terminate Customer’s use of the MDR Services under this Section 3 at any time for any reason or no reason in Critical Start’s sole discretion, without liability.

  • If MDR Services are purchased directly from Critical Start, Critical Start shall invoice Customer for the MDR Services on or after the Service Commencement Date.

  • The service level commitments and remedies provided by Critical Start for the MDR Services and any associated Customer actions are described below.


More Definitions of MDR Services

MDR Services means the technical support services for certain Products provided by VECTRA, which may include incident response, investigation and forensic services. In addition to Section 4.1 of the Agreement, VECTRA may access, process, and retain MDR Data transferred on networks to which End User connects any Product or Appliance for purposes of providing service to End User, product improvement, analysis, and evaluation as follows:
MDR Services means the entire Bitdefender managed detection and response services portfolio as presented on Bitdefender websites or in other relevant service descriptions campaigning the Commercial Documentation and may include associated media, printed materials and Documentation, and any Updates and technical support as stated herein means an online portal which provides access to MDR Services.

Related to MDR Services

  • Pharmacy services means the practice of pharmacy as defined in chapter 18.64 RCW and includes any drugs or devices as defined in chapter 18.64 RCW.
