Media Group definition

Media Group has the meaning given to such term in the Distributing Restated Charter as in effect at any time on or after the Issue Record Date and on or before the Redesignation.
Media Group has the meaning assigned thereto in the Restated Charter.

More Definitions of Media Group

Media Group means, as of any date:
Media Group shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.6.15 of Article V of the Restated Certificate of Incorporation of Acquiror as in effect as of the date hereof.
Media Group has the meaning assigned to “Formula One Group” in the Company’s Restated Charter.
Media Group means a parent media company, all its subsidiary media companies and all other legal entities having economic, organisational and legal ties with them.
