The Commission, a body corporate established by the Broadcasting Act 2009, may enter into Sound Broadcasting Contracts.
If the Contractor is engaged or has been engaged in activities in contravention of this Contract or Applicable Law which the Commission considers to be unfairly prejudicial to any other Sound Broadcasting Contractor, the Commission may, after consultation with the Contractor, give to the Contractor such directions as the Commission considers reasonable and appropriate and the Contractor shall comply with such directions.
