Each officer shall hold office until the next following Annual Meeting of Directors, or until his death, resignation, retirement or removal.
At each Annual Meeting of Directors, the Board of Directors shall elect from its membership a Chairman of the Board who shall serve in such capacity until the next Annual Meeting of Directors or until his death, resignation, disqualification or removal if sooner.
Each Director Emeritus shall serve for a term extending until the next Annual Meeting of Directors and may be re-elected for as many successive terms as the Board of Directors determines.
