Member Account definition

Member Account means the regular account and the variable account.
Member Account shall have the meaning set forth in Section 10.01.
Member Account means the account established for each member and includes the member’s accumulated contributions and the member’s share of the accumulated employer contributions as provided in section 97B.53. “Member account” does not mean the supplemental account for active members.
