Member communications definition

Member communications means payments made pursuant to Government Code Section 85312.
Member communications means all communications directed at and issued to “Participants”, by, or on behalf of the Promoter, by a person approved by the Promoter to so do, howsoever issued, including; verbal, recorded, written and displayed communications such as those issued by letter, telephony, email, SMS text message, appearance within a page of the “Website”, including Members message boxes whether same is seen and / or opened and / or read and / or understood and / or acted upon by the Member.
