Member Dues definition

Member Dues means the annual dues payable by Participant pursuant to Section 3 of this Agreement, based upon the selected Participation Level. Member Dues may be modified from time to time by the Board of Directors pursuant to Section 3.2 of this Agreement.
Member Dues means the additional revenue that is allocated each year for economic development purposes under IC 6-3.6-6-9 for making transfers required by IC 36-7.5-4-2 or to provide rail project funding as provided in IC 6-3.6-11-6(b).
Member Dues means the portion of the annual payments to RDA made by the Cities of Gary, East Chicago and Hammond and the Counties of Lake and ▇▇▇▇▇▇ pursuant to IC 6- 3.6-6-9, IC 6-3.6-11-6(b), IC 36-7.5-3-1.7 and IC 36-7.5-4-2, to the extent required to be deposited in the fund established under IC 36-7.5-4-1 pursuant to the Revenue Trust Fund Agreement.

Examples of Member Dues in a sentence

  • Any change in Member Dues for a particular category of Members shall automatically become effective as to all ERCOT Members without the necessity of amending this Agreement.

  • Any change in or waiver of Annual Member Dues must be approved pursuant to the procedures set forth in the ERCOT Bylaws.

  • Any Applicant may request that the Member’s Annual Member Dues be waived for good cause shown.

  • Annual Member Dues renewals shall be due by the Record Date for the Annual Membership Meeting.

More Definitions of Member Dues

Member Dues means the portion of the dues paid to RDA by member institutions described in IC 36-7.5-4-2, as directed to be paid to RDA as provided in IC 36-7.5-3-1.7 and pledged by RDA for Lease Rentals on IFA RDA Member Bonds.

Related to Member Dues
