membership dues means the dues established pursuant to the constitution of the Association as the dues payable by employees as a consequence of their membership in the Association and shall not include any initiation fee, insurance premium or special levy (« cotisations » ou « retenues syndicales »);
Member means a member of the Board;
☐ - MULTI-MEMBER The “Capital Account” for each Member shall mean the account created and maintained for the Member in accordance with Section 704(b) of the Internal Revenue Code and Treasury Regulation Section 1.704-1(b)(2)(iv).
Member Company means a “service recipient” as defined in Treasury Regulation § 1.409A-1(h)(3).

Founding Member means any individual who is either:
Member Club means any past or present member club of the NFL or any past member club of the American Football League.

Member Agreement means collectively the Membership and Account Agreement and any other account information provided to you by us from time to time.
